A) What is infused?
Infused is the steeping extraction and combination of pleasurable and agreeable properties or ingredients.  Infused Spreads is the name of our company!

B) What is the shelf life?
Infused Spreads guarantees the shelf life of unopened jars, one year from the date of production stamped on every jar.
Opened jars should be kept refrigerated.

C) Should I refrigerate after opening? Yes! Absolutely refrigerate after opening. Our product are made with no preservatives, so once a jar is open, it should be refrigerated.

D) What makes it a “butter”? Fruit butters are called butters because it  has the soft butter consistency, with no dairy. Pieces of fruit are pureed into a smooth, silky texture at the end of cooking.

E) What do you use to sweeten your “no” sugar products?  We are true to our ingredients. Our no sugar added selection, contain no artificial sweetner nor sugar, just fruit.

F) How long does it take to make a new batch?
Production times vary, depending on the types of ingredients and process needed to make each specific kind product. The shortest time is approximately 2 hours form start to finish.

G) What is pectin?
Pectin is a jelling substance that occurs naturally in many fruits. It is most concentrated in the seeds, cores and skin of fruit. Commercially pectin is sold in a liquid or power form. Natural Pectin can also be extracted form citrus peels and seeds.
